Regalia By Deyaar

Deyaar’s tallest tower to date will be Regalia. The 70-story luxury residence will have a number of facilities, smart home technology, including smartphone-compatible controls.

These would contain wellness amenities such an open-air theatre, grassy lawn, landscape garden, and reading nook, as well as a large outdoor infinity pool measuring 70 metres in width, a jacuzzi, family gym, juice bar, private cabanas, and yoga pavilion.

Social amenities like a BBQ area, resident’s lounge, and a business centre are also available in the tower.
