Aridi, who is also the CEO of Alpha LLC, a Dubai-based destination management firm, collaborated with Damac Properties on the construction of the four-tower Damac Towers by Paramount. The hotel, which is one of 23 similar establishments launching throughout the world, is part of the project’s residential tower. However, Dubai’s is the city’s premier “large hotel,” as vice president of operations Alessandro Redaelli confirmed to The National during our tour of the facility earlier today.
You’ll feel like you’re in a movie the second you walk inside the hotel. To the side of the entry is a meandering, marble-and-gold-bannered spiral staircase. The gold leaf on the marble floors in front of you glints. And straight beyond, in its own little cove leading on to the apartments and retail section (where you’ll buy Paramount products), is the “welcome and goodbye” area, complete with enormous screens portraying three separate settings for dawn, noon, and night that surround the check-in kiosks. Upstairs, you’ll find stylish passageways that are lighted only by low candles and decorated with black and white photos taken on the sets of legendary movies.
Located on floors 15–25 of a residential and hotel tower close to Sheikh Zayed Road, these high-end rooms are decorated in a Hollywood glamour theme. An investment in a hotel room at this property is a wise and well-managed bet on Dubai’s booming tourism industry and is of great importance in the UAE’s real estate world with luxurious properties for sale.
Floors 26–63 provide magnificent apartments with Paramount–caliber amenities and services (should you wish). Large and luxurious, the residential apartments offer the best of comfortable elegance in a stunning location. Not only this, the luxurious amenities are capped off by a rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the stars.
