The Opus

Omniyat Properties is in the process of developing the one-of-a-kind structure for a variety of commercial and retail purposes. The Opus is a new tower being built in Dubai’s Business Bay neighborhood and the special thing about is that it appears to defy gravity. The project’s debut occurred in October 2007 during Dubai’s Citiscape property event. The cost of building the new Opus tower is around $465 million and has amazing properties for sale and areas of attractions for the landlords. 

The Opus is a famous lifestyle complex by Omniyat, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, and only a few of its residences are currently offered fully furnished. The ME Hotel by Melia Group of Hotels, made up of two buildings joined to form a single cube that appears to floating above the ground, is also located in the development.

It is undeniable that it is significantly simpler to construct The Opus now than it was a few years ago, and that in the not-too-distant future, crucial pieces may be 3D printed in place. In order to achieve these goals, there is a need of more projects like this one to break new ground, spur innovation, and turn the extraordinary into mundane.
