LIV Developers was founded in 2000 as a real estate development firm based in Dubai. The company’s roots are in the high-end real estate construction in Los Angeles and New York. Latif Habib serves as CEO of LIV Developers, and Ishan Khwaja serves as director. The first development of LIV Developers, LIV Residence in Dubai Marina, was unveiled in 2018.

LIV Residence in Dubai Marina is LIV Developers’ most prestigious project. It is a residential tower prepared for occupancy at 27 stories tall, with an unusual and original design by the illustrious NAGA Architects. MWM Studios was responsible for interior design, which successfully marries modern aesthetics with traditional elements. The developer claims that of the apartments in LIV Residence, 70% enjoy waterfront views and 30% have views of the skyline of Dubai.
