Bluewaters Island, created by Meraas, is a man-made island near to Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai. The area around it is divided into three main sections: residential districts shops, and restaurants. Residents of Bluewaters Island can enjoy panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, as well as the coastline. They can also enjoy the convenience of convenient access to the city through Sheikh Zayed Road.

Located on the island, Bluewaters Residences is a grand complex with 10 buildings. The other buildings on Bluewaters include the Caesars Resort and serviced apartments.There are 698 apartments and 17 luxury villas in the area. The units range in price from 500,000 to several million euros. Some units even have swimming pools and private gardens.

There are two premium hotels on the island and over 2,400 parking spaces. There are also 164 food and entertainment establishments on the island. Despite its proximity to the city, Bluewaters Island is still far enough removed from the bustle of everyday life to make for a pleasant stay.

When it comes to getting around Bluewaters Island, public transportation is a key aspect of traveling. The Group Rapid Transit (GRT) system provides easy access to the island by ferrying visitors to and from the mainland. GRT mini-trains depart every half hour from the mainland to Bluewaters Island.
