Located in the London Borough of Sutton, two miles north east of Sutton town, and a couple of minutes away from the city center, Hackbridge is an affluent residential community. Located in one of the greenest boroughs in the capital, Hackbridge is bordered by the River Wandle and Beddington Park. Tooting, Morden, and Carshalton are just a few of the additional areas that can be reached via a number of London bus lines that stop in Hackbridge.

Hackbridge’s downtown shopping district is primarily Edwardian and early 20th century, while the surrounding suburbs are primarily Tudorbethan semi-detached. Many post-war modernist social housing developments have been razed in recent years.
