There are parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, a soccer field, and an extensive garden in the area. Many residents enjoy outdoor living with a private pool and floor-to-ceiling windows. The community also offers shopping, medical centers, grocery stores etc.

The most popular community in DAMAC Hills is Topanga, where townhouses come in 1,600-square-feet layouts. Prices for 2-bedroom and three-bedroom townhouses start at AED 1.4M, while three-bed villas cost AED 2.7M and go up to AED 3.1M. If you’re looking for a rental property, you should be able to rent one for AED 110k-120k per year, and get a rental income of at least 5%.

Schools in DAMAC Hills are diverse and convenient, but you’ll need to plan ahead for transportation. The nearest bus stop is at Mudon Village, while the closest metro station is at Dubai Internet City. You’ll also want to have a vehicle, as taxis can be hard to find. Using Careem, Uber, or RTA is a good idea, but taxis can be difficult to find in this part of town.
