Dubai Investments recently made their mark as a proper pan UAE developer with the groundbreaking ceremony of their Danah Bay project on 22nd December 2022 on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The ceremony was led by Sheikh Khalid bin Saud Al Qasimi, the Vice Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah’s Investment and Development Office, along with Khalid Bin Kalban, the Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments, Abdulla Al Abdouli, the CEO of Marjan, and Ali Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, the Founder Chairman of Ali & Sons Holding LLC.
On the prestigious occasion, Vice Chairman Khalid Bin Kalban mentioned that this event marks a significant step forward for Dubai Investments as a company as they expand into the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with their flagship development. He stressed that this project would not only strengthen Dubai Investments’ position as a developer across the UAE, but it would also serve as a premier destination for tourism in Ras Al Khaimah and provide residents with a unique lifestyle.

About the Danah Bay project
The project is the flagship project of Dubai Investments on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. It encompasses an area of around 86,000 sq. m. offering 40,000 sq. m. of beach space. Similar to properties in Dubai, it will also provide an opportunity for investment and luxurious living with its planned 209 villas, featuring a variety of options such as two-bedroom townhouses with roof terraces, three-bedroom villas, four-bedroom beachfront villas, and five-bedroom breakwater villas.
