Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences consists of lavish two and three bedroom residences along with multiple floors dedicated to world-class amenities such as an infinity pool overlooking the entire Dubai skyline, a luxury spa and a gym, a large private lounge and a private event area. The high-rise also has a concierge team that offers a la carte services such as daycare, bodyguards, private chauffeurs and private chefs. The high-rise Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is also home to an exclusive private club, featuring a large infinity pool.
Binghatti partnered with Jacob & Co for this ultra-luxury project
Binghatti has aligned with Jacob & Co, the luxury jewellery and watch brand, for the project. The developer has also coined a new term for the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences i.e. “hyper-tower”.
Notably, the current tallest residential tower in the world is Central Park Tower at 472.4 metres, located in New York. Dubai is also home to several sky-high skyscrapers and a few significant ones are the Princess Tower at 414 metres high and 23 Marina at 392.75 metres.
The alliance with Jacob & Co. will reflect in the new tower’s design aesthetics. “We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower,” said Binghatti. “The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the peak of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems. This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that adds further grandeur to the city’s skyline.”
