Elitz, the fifth residential project by Danube Properties for the year, a renowned affordable and sustainable housing developer in the UAE, was sold out on its launch in Dec 2022. The project had a development value of over AED550 million. It contributed to a successful year for the company, which is known as one of the most dynamic private Dubai-based real estate developers in the UAE.
At the Elitz’s Launch
The starting price for a studio apartment is AED599,000. Per the offering, if you booked it on the first day of the project launch, you would receive it fully furnished as a bonus. Danube Properties offers eligible homeowners the opportunity to obtain a 10-year Golden Visa, subject to government approval, based on meeting the investment criteria.
The launch was held in the last week of December 2022, and Ankit Tiwari, a well-known Indian singer, music director, and composer in the Bollywood industry, attended the launch event. He is the latest Bollywood celebrity to join the list of Indian stars like Karan Kundra, Kiku Sharda, the Meet Brothers, and Tejaswini Prakash, who have all purchased their homes in Dubai with Danube Properties.
Mr. Rizwan Sajan, chairman of Danube Group and its founder, while addressing dignitaries and the media at a Dubai Real Estate press conference, talked about how the real estate market in Dubai has grown significantly, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, mentioning that over AED 300 billion in sales and mortgage transactions were recorded last year.
He was optimistic while saying, “For Danube Properties, 2022 is going to be a record year for us when we launched six sold-out projects-consecutively; this reflects the buoyancy in the market and strong investor interest in quality homes. It reflects the customer loyalty and the goodwill developed by Danube Properties in the market.”
He concluded by thanking and acknowledging Danube’s customers, the Dubai Land Department, and other partners for their contributions to the record-breaking year. And sharing his aspirations for the future, mentioning that as the company moves into the new year, they are hopeful to continue this success with the completion of ongoing projects and the introduction of new, notable developments in the real estate market.
About The Elitz
Affordable properties in Dubai are always in-demand; the most recent performance of the Elitz project is a testament to that fact. The structure, which will be located on a 36,930-square-foot plot in Jumeirah Village Circle, will have a total built-up area of 695,000 square feet. The development will consist of a twin-tower complex connected by a podium that features car parking, community amenities, and 284 retail units.
