Lagoons

Sama Dubai, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, launched the Lagoons master project in 2005 as part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. A total of seven islands, all linked by bridges, will accommodate the development’s various structures, from homes and offices to malls and a number of skyscrapers. Later, in 2013, Emaar took over the project. 

Dubai Holdings and Emaar Properties reintroduced the Lagoons under a new name and with a new layout. Located on 1,606 acres of land along the banks of Dubai Creek, Emaar’s Dubai Creek Harbour neighborhood is a massive development project. Dubai Creek Tower and the six-tower residential complex Dubai Creek Residences are the most notable developments in Dubai Creek Harbour, along with the latest project, Lagoons.  

Lagoons is a resort community located opposite Damac Hills. You’ll be surrounded on all sides by water, and there are eight distinct groupings modeled after cities in the Mediterranean. You can easily travel to Portofino, Andalusia, Malta, Nice, the Costa Brava, Santorini, Morocco, and Venice and enjoy the sunny shores, calm waterways, waterfront restaurants, and adventure tourism meccas.  

There is a choice of luxurious townhomes and villas with up to six bedrooms available here, along with many other properties for sale.
