Located at the crossroads of Hamdan Al Nahyan and Hessa Street, Elan Tilal Al Ghaf is a secure community with its own entrance and exit. These townhomes are some of Dubai’s newest pre-construction offerings. Majid Al Futtaim is building a community called Tilal Al Ghaf, which will feature both residential and commercial spaces. Approximately 355,000 square feet of open space, connected parks, and 400 meters of shoreline are available in this community. At the center of each community is its own theme park, complete with playgrounds, prayer spaces, and retail establishments. Investors can expect a healthy return on their money in this area, and residents enjoy a comfortable lifestyle.


Majid Al Futtaim is in the process of creating the Tilal Al Ghaf mixed-use neighborhood. It is in the middle of the distance between Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport.  There are 355 000 m2 of green, open areas in the community, including parks and a picnic area that are all connected to one another.


Tilal Al Ghaf is centered on a 70,000 square meter lagoon with an open beachfront stretching for 400 meters in all directions. There are a variety of other bodies of water in the region. Each neighborhood has its own personality, and there are parks of varying themes throughout. These parks often feature nearby mosques, playgrounds, commercial areas, and other amenities.


The 40 homes in this private waterfront community range in size from five to six bedrooms and feature an understated, modern aesthetic. All of them are close to Hive Park and Club Hive and feature high ceilings, show and main kitchens, adaptable indoor spaces, courtyards, and enormous private gardens.


There are also the neighborhoods of Harmony 1 with 243 unique four- and five-bedroom bungalows, Harmony 2 with 221 four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas, and Harmony 3 with 221 unique four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas with unique Garden Suites. Duplex townhomes at Elan and Elan 2 are clustered in terraces of four, six, or eight homes behind locked gates.


Both Aura and Aura Gardens have semi-detached villas with four bedrooms, with the former offering a choice between four-bedroom semi-detached villas and the latter offering three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
