Mudon is a gated community built by Dubai Properties in the Arabian Ranches community. Ideally situated at the crossroads of Emirates Road (E11) and Al Qudra, this community features a wide selection of move-in ready properties for sale in Mudon in four distinct communities: Al Salam, Rahat, Naseem, and Arabella.
Mudon was built by Dubai Properties and is an exclusive community with its own security gates. Mudon, which means “cities” in Arabic, was originally envisioned as a far larger endeavor. The original concept for Mudon was to combine the historic towns of Baghdad, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus, and Marrakech into a single megacity within Dubai.
Dubai Properties, the largest and most well-known developer in the area, constructed the secure community of Mudon in Dubailand. The initial concept behind the community’s name, which translates as “cities” in Arabic, was to honour the revival of five ancient Middle Eastern settlements. Unfortunately, the project shrank by a factor of three as it progressed.
It’s a new suburb with nice, affordable homes for families. Several communities in the area will provide you with a wide range of villa alternatives, including those with three and four bedrooms. You can get to all the city’s major attractions with ease from here, and there are lots of convenient facilities and amenities to enjoy.
